Carla Harding

Carla was born in Ireland but lives in England with her husband and two children. She loves prayer, music and a challenge to get her teeth into. Carla’s life was hijacked by God in the very first 24-7 Prayer Room, and she now helps create resources like Lectio 365 to help others encounter God like she did. In her spare time she loves to sing, read and eat good food with great friends.

Celebrating 25 years of non-stop prayer

At this year’s Gathering, we’ll be celebrating 25 years since the launch of the first ever 24-7 Prayer room, and a quarter of a century of unbroken prayer across the globe. 

24-7 Prayer Gatherings are always an opportunity to pray, worship and learn together, but this year is special. This year we’ll be celebrating the significant journey that’s brought us here, and we’ll be looking ahead to how God is inviting us to partner with him, to build his kingdom in our nations and in our world.  

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Ephesians 3:20-21 

Come, and celebrate the God of the immeasurably more. Come, whether you’ve been part of this global movement for 25 years, or you’re just exploring the idea of 24-7 Prayer for the very first time. Come, and seek the power of Jesus together as we give thanks and look to the future.
