Summary

Part-time, home-based role (8 hours/week), starting February 2025.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day functions of Proximity Church. The Operations Manager will provide the operational structure and support systems that will enable the church to function efficiently, to grow and develop.

They will oversee and give direction to all aspects event/activity planning, database management, facilities organisation, activity scheduling and communication, compliance and reporting. They are to be held accountable to Oversight Team and professionally accountable by the Trustees Board.

Ideally this position will be held by someone who is already or is willing to be an active member of Proximity Church
