Webinar: Supporting an Anxious Teen

Anxiety is a natural emotion and for some, it can be hard to control.

With the added pressure of COVID-19, we would like to reassure parents and carers, you are not alone.

Our schools team are running a three-session webinar series to help parents look at how anxiety manifests in teens and explore strategies that can help them manage their feelings.

Together, we can help our young people grow in resilience and confidence.

“We received some positive feedback such as 'quite emotional', 'really helpful' and 'making me teary'.... We just want parents and our local community to be blessed and see breakthroughs in their families.” - Joyce, Schools Team
